Aramide Akisanya

Aramide is a highly skilled professional with over fifteen years work experience in the banking and development sectors. As a banker, Aramide was involved with; Operations, Financial Advisory and Credit & Marketing. In her role as a Relationship Manager in the Corporate Banking Division, Aramide was responsible for turning around the performance of some troubled companies in the downstream Oil & Gas sector through a rigorous and highly ethical monitoring process. She also designed and facilitated implant trainings for branch/departmental staff under her supervision.

 

She resigned voluntarily from the banking profession to pursue interests in training and consulting. Aramide has been involved with curriculum design, behavioural skill training, recruitment & selection, strategic planning and culture building in the following sectors within Nigeria and Uganda; Food & Confectionery, Oil & Gas (Upstream & Downstream), Banking, Information Technology, Health Insurance, the Development Sector and the Public Sector. She is passionate about people development and believes in the widespread enactment of sound values and the strengthening of relevant systems, as key drivers of the transformation agenda of organizations and nations.

 

Aramide is a graduate of accounting from the University of Lagos with an Executive MBA from the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and an Organization Development Certified Professional from the Institute of Organization Development, Florida USA. Aramide also has a certificate in “Entrepreneurship and Strategy,” from IESE Business School, University of Navarra Barcelona. She has participated in the train the trainer session of a T-group workshop (an intensive applied behavioral science course from which Organization Development was birthed), organized by Crosby & Associates USA.
