Over the years, as the Kuhl-Cher team, engaged employees and management teams in workplace conversations, it was discovered that many experience prolonged high-stress situations. Such stressful situations may be work-related, or as a result of domestic problems. This results in declining productivity, and difficulty in meeting both life and workplace goals.
This course focuses on helping participants understand the workings of the mind, and the power it possesses to transform situations. It equips participants with skills to continually navigate challenges (whether at work or at home), remain focused, and meet personal and organizational goals.
• Ability to cope effectively with the most difficult workplace scenarios.
• Prevention of early cases of panic attacks, anxiety and depression.
• Ability to transform the challenge into a lever, for exceptional workplace results.
• The ability to help others navigate storms at work; so potential weak links are spotted
early, and given the necessary support.
