Aramide is a former banker, an organization development practitioner, and a highly-skilled facilitator, with over twenty years of work experience. She is able to design and implement people strategies, which align with corporate strategies. Aramide is skilled at designing interventions to unravel the root cause(s) of complex organizational problems and is able to craft and help implement solutions to address these problems. She has an excellent understanding of financial statements and can help improve bottom-line results, using accounting principles, and behavioral science techniques (with a focus on emotional intelligence competencies)

Aramide has facilitated several pieces of training, in the Nigerian public and private sectors, and the banking sector in Uganda. Aramide has also been involved with consulting projects focusing on employee selection, employee effectiveness, business improvement, and culture change.

She is an accounting graduate from the University of Lagos, with an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University. She has professional qualifications in Human Resources (ACIPM) and certification in Organization Development (ODCP), from the Institute of Organization Development USA. She has attended an intensive applied behavioral science training, organized by Crosby & Associates USA. She has also attended training in Business Strategy at the IESE Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona
